The front angle is a sun shade. My 4x has that too and it came with some flip ups similar to butler creek style. I'd go with the Butler Creek flip ups. They're real snug so they won't budge. About $10 or so ea. anywhere. I use 'em on everything I want covers on. I don't know what kind of sling or set up you have but I use a 2 point made by CrossTac w/ MI rail and tube mount. Hope this helps.

I own one of his x charging handles and it's awsome. You can kinda see it in the 4th pic. I varmint hunt alot and kept needing to look down to charge so I didn't slap my scope while I'm in a hurry. With the xtended version you can grab the lever, pull back, and it clears my optic just fine. It's super easy to swap out. I didn't have the right punch to remove the stock piece though (very very small) so I too it to a gunsmith. So easy to do though it took 30 sec and it was free. High quality product imo. And you can never ask too many questions. That's what this forum is for. The only stupid question is the one that wasn't asked.

Yea I have one but it screws into the sling stud, I have sling adapter but the stud is not fixed it swivels around.

Just curious what ammo you found to work best. I saw the ammo threadbut there are so many posts and I don't get much time on the Computer . I had only shot cci mini mags for first 2000 rounds but my oldman bought me box of Remington hv vipers ( thrones with gold tips gets all over your hands) and I shot all 500 without prob then I seen them on list of do not shoot.

Not sure I follow. A couple pics would help, but this is what some people are using. gives you a fore grip that will convert to bipod.

ARR-278 - AR-15 Vertical Foregrip and Bipod Black Mako Grip Converts into Bipod Adjusts from Six to Nine Inches

there's this if you have a bipod already.

Mako Group Harris Bipod Picatinny Adapter

Like I said if you can get some pics up of what you have it'd really help.

As far as ammo goes I only use fed bulk 525. But that doesn't mean others work any less. I keep pretty good groups w/ it, it's cheap as hell, not on the do not use list, and is a name Ive always trusted. others favor cci, and others will chime in. But that's what works for me.
