Carry Handle for 15-22
New to the forum and new to this rifle. So far, both have been great!
I'd like to install a carry handle for both function and form but I haven't seen many 15-22's with them.
Can someone suggest what a good choice would be for price and quality? And if convenient/possible, post a picture of yours with one installed?
Thanks!

Although i don't personally have one on mine, a friend of mine was after one for his Anschutz MSR RX 22. He didn't use computers and after he had looked on ebay he asked me to buy him one. A chinese special
Of course it arrived and i tried it on mine, just because i could. It was actually a lot better than what i had expected for the price. There was a bit of filings still left on the underside but it came with a nice picatinny rail for mounting options. Any picatinny carry handle will work and you could probably get one cheap in the states.
Sure you could drop $100 on a milspec BCM or DPMS its your choice or you could get a amazon/ebay special....
.
If i didn't have a scope on mine i would run one of these as well.

I sometimes use the handle that came on my Bush Master. The big difference in the handle and price of the handles is the quality of the sights that come with them. The sights an mine are very easily adjusted and very repeatable. Here's a pic off mine from a few years back. I have a scope on it now.

Welcome to the forum! Like everything else, I would buy quality since you'll be able to use it with any AR as well. Also, if you ever want to, you can sell it at a reasonable price if it's a quality piece.

I originally picked up a cheap $25 carry handle sight, but the actual sights were too wobbly for me. My local AR gun shop hand one for $60 and its been just great. Below are photos of it bare and with a tube red dot on it.

Now that is cool!
Thanks for the pics. I ended up with the $20 job - seems to be built well and is working great (so far).
I also plan on attaching a red dot. How do you like yours? Which one is that?
TIA.
Here's mine:

I've heard that the M&P 15-22 will accept any carry handle that fits an AR. True? Not? and this goes for other hang-ons as well.

The Picatinny rail offers a boatload of possibilities.

I added a carry handle from ebay and a NcStar 4x20 handle mounted scope to mine to replicate my AR, if your using the MP-15 22 as a training weapon it might as well match the other weapon.
