Thumbs up S & W Advantage

Can't say not one bad thing about Smith & Wessons customer service thus far. Very professional! This is the kind of service you expect when your spending your money, whether its a $500 gun or $100 dinner. Kudos to the S&W team! Happy Holidays to all!

I also had good service when I had to send my 15-22 back. Very quick turnaround. I do wish they told me what they did though. And it was quite dirty when it came back . So far so good, no failures, although the cold weather has put a damper on my range time. I don't have enough rounds through it yet to deem it total success since its return.

I lost a tiny set screw from the front sight of a Walther 22. Called S&W parts to order one and the parts guy sent me two at no charge. Can't beat that!

I've always heard good things about them. Guess there's a reason they've been around so long.

Hard to find that good of service nowadays.

I was pretty apprehensive about sending my 15-22 back to S&W due to the number of hands it has to pass through from here to there and back again. I sent it 12/2.

Monday morning I gave them a call just to see if they had gotten it. The guy on the phone chuckled and said they didn't have it anymore as it was on it's way back to me. I got it Monday afternoon, shot 50 rounds this morning and it works great.

Thanks guys, both here and at Customer Support.

Desmond
