Default I made a boo boo....

While i was playing doing some trigger mods, i sorta lost the reset pin (rocker or w/e its called). It grabs the hammer after its been fired. Any idea where i can pick a new one up?!

It's called the 'disconnector spring'

Disconnector:

Try a local gun shop. Some have resident gunsmiths and this is a pretty common part considering how popular the AR platform is.

You were modifying your trigger without even knowing what the disconnector is called?

Probably not directly, but AR-15 parts can be purchased just about anywhere. Local shops, Brownell's, MidwayUSA, etc.

After putting your trigger assembly back together, please do a function test to make sure your weapon is safe. Especially after doing modifications. Working on an AR trigger can lead to serious malfunctions and unintended automatic fire if you don't know exactly what you are doing. That piece that you lost, the disconnector, is absolutely critical to keeping your weapon safe and legal...

Put a fired case in the chamber or sacrifice a snap cap. A function test is very important after messing with the trigger on any firearm.

The video is for an AR-15. Adjust accordingly for a 15-22. This should be baseline knowledge for anyone playing with the disconnector and trigger works...

Or you could just watch my 15-22 Fire Control Group videos on you tube.. you can find them under the "Notable Thread Index" under the 15-22 Instructional Video Series.
