Hello, Jswiney9, and don't black tape it! Get the UTG grip as mentioned by Corpulent above. I have it on my 15-22 and it looks and works great! Around $18 + shipping......Enjoy.....

I was a little disappointed thinking it would be rigid when extended, but didn't expect perfection at $18. The fact that it can be folded to the front or back makes up for the wiggle.

I just installed this grip and I'm very satisfied with it. Like CPTBeaker said. there is a little play when extended. very little. I think it is a little long, and I have big hands, but there is valuable storage space inside. I think this grip is a winner.

the issue I had with the grip is the fact that is does not actually tighten to my rail. I made a metal plate I put in the rail to make up for the play but it seems to be a big turn off for some. Dont get me wrong, with the problem now fixed, i love the grip. I dont have the same issue with play when it is extended that CTPBeaker mentioned though. I hope it stays that way.
