Question Eotech on 15-22

Hi, this may seem like I will be spending a lot of money on a cheap plinking .22 but over here in the UK we aren't aloud nice semi .223/5.56's.

So my question is if I mount an Eotech 512 or 517 (I might get a magnifier) on my 15-22 will I be able to zero it at 25 Meters (27 Yards), this is the length of the range at my gun club.

Just like to add I love my 15-22 and will keep using irons if I can't zero an eotech.

Yes you can. I have a 512 with 3x multiplier on mine.

That's not spending a lot of money. Nickel and diming yourself on cheap optics over the years instead of buying the Eo is just a bad idea. Well, make that five pence and ten pence'ing, I guess... You get the point.

Eotec 512 & Magnifier work well and you can still co witness your open flip sights with the magnifier flipped out of the way or removed.

Have you considered an Aimpoint PRO?

Product singleview
They're selling for around $400 and seem to be a solid product. I'm seriously considering one for my 5.56.

if you have the Euros i say you are thinking on the correct lines--start with the Eotech and then snag the magnifier--however i beleive Primaryarms.com has Eotechs on sale right now with a free magnifier and mount
