Default Suppresors

I have looked on the forums and I couldnt find really any info on suppressors. I will be the first to admit when I have little to no knowledge on a subject and suppressors are one of those subjects.

I have looked at advanced armament because some of my local ranges have suggested that they make good products. They have three suppressors and I honestly cant tell the difference.

Here is the link: Advanced Armament :: Rimfire Silencers

Any assistance would be much appreciated

My sparrow is at the dealer. Just waiting for the ATF to do their part.

BELTFED, do you know where i can get a full list of class 3 NFA dealers in my state. i've only been able to find 2 and when i contacted the first one, i was told they were too busy to help me with a transfer. too busy in this economy...must be rough. good for them i guess.

does a .308 can on a .223 or 22lr still dampen the sound to the same degree as a dedicated .223 can?

i'm just looking for a way to decrease overall noise so i don't bother my neighbors or any other busybodies who might not like guns.
I have the YHM Mite on my 15-22 22lr and it will cycle the subsonics fine, it is damn close to the hollywood effect, you basically just hear the action cycle. I am using the RWS subsonic HP's and they work great.

Ain't that the truth! The rifles's action and .22 cases raining down on cement is very annoying.
I use CCI Standard Velocity.
YHM Wraith.

I have had a Gemtech G5-22 on order for a couple of months. It is fully owner servicable. Believe they are really backed up at their manufacturing facility. By the time ATF gets done I'll be lucky to have it early next year.

+1 on the Gemtech, I recently fitted one to a Remington 700 for a customer and it was a quality product. If I had the $I would own one.

Have you seen the integrated suppressors for the 15-22. While I wouldnt get one because I have a lot of .22, I think its a cool concept. If I won the lotto I would definetly get one lol. here is the youtube link

The First M&P 15-22 Integral - YouTube.
