Who makes the quick disconnect for the sling on the moe upgraded model. Also what exactly is it called sorry if this is a stupid question.

Curious why you ask about the QD sling swivel?

There are a number of companies offering the QD swivel? I use a QD from Brownell's attached to a single point sling that I swap between my 5.56 AR and the 15-22.
I've moved the MOE QD to the right side.... so I don't lose it or miss place it.

Here is the kit on amazon. I will be purchasing this to upgrade my M&P 15/22 just like the M&P MOE model. (Just drill a 1/2" hole on lower receiver and epoxy the caps). I'm doing it when I get my M&P this Nov. 9th.
