I think he is still here. Try and send a PM. I've only got the one I made. Might try and get some made here in the new year. But that depends on any free time I have. Beltfed probably yourbest bet nothing but good things said about his products.

Some things to be aware of with the extended charging handle. Been shooting the AR a while, with the stock lever, it doesn't catch on anything on your chest. If you wear a tactical vest, with mags pouches etc. it will grab and snag. Another, since this is a plastic charging handle, using your left palm to charge your weapon in a tactical situation, you can over power the charging and break the handle (it's plastic). I had a guy bend the stock AR one with a paddle extender latch doing this under stress.
Remember, this rifle is a 22LR and not built with really to full MIL-SPEC on the internals only the externals (and not 100% neither).
I want one also, but have reservations on the abililty of the stock lever. Waiting for the AfterMarket to step in with an Aluminum one in the near future. Good hunting and hope this helps.

I'm not aware of anyone breaking a charging handle but this would be a great topic and I'm sure one could be easily broken . I've sold a few latches on here and I'm sure a few of the owner would be willing to chime in and let us know what they think. The reason I didn't make a paddle charger for sale(I have one I built myself) is because it twist the charging handle but I know the risk and I prefer the paddle. But with the light recoil spring and straight rearward pull of the latch I offer for sale I'd say the risk is very minimal. But with that said I'd love to hear from people I've had the pleasure of doing biz with on here to see what they think and how many rds they have sent down range since the install

No issues with my charging handle after installing BF's CHL. Granted, I don't grab the thing and pull it back like a mad man, I tend to take care of my equipment, it's not being paid for my the U.S. Tax Payer (well, ok I guess it technically is...)
The factory plastic charge handle is stronger than you think. All of the plastic parts in the 15-22 are made out of fiber reinforced plastic, it's not ABS and as such is a little more tolerant to stress.

I've had one of Belt_Feds handles since early last spring. can't say exactly how many rds have gone downrange, but I'm sure it's well over 6 or 7 thousand. No issues at all, great upgrade and well made product. I don't get into any tactical situations with my paper puncher so can't report on that aspect. For everything else it's awesome try it you'll like it.

Great, that is good news to hear about that little polymer light charging handle... I guess my guys are monsters on the AR15 full sizes. I know under stress we slam that sucker back and it really torques that aluminum one like crazy. Kudo's for S&M on building a solid polymer charging handle..
My first pull back on my M&P 15/22 was OVER KILL, I guess i wasn't use to such a light bolt return spring... Since running over 2000 rounds thru her, I have a better feel. I bet I'm going short cycle my full size if I don't take them out soon.. Love shooting this M&P 15/22...

I could see how it could be an issue swapping back and forth between the 15-22 and it's brother in the charging respect when shooting both, frequently.
I was actually more worried about the metal wearing off the latch "nub" on the upper. Happy to report that the polymer has even held up a steel latch running against it with no issues
