I am thinking real hard about a 15-22. But, as I am looking at them witch one do I get? I see diff. model #'s but not seeing the difference in the guns.
What am I missing?

The bottom one you listed is a California model. I don't know why they charge more for them when they have restrictions.

I think the Talo model you listed was what was offered before S&W started offering threaded barrels and flip up sights. It is the same as the MOE version minus the MOE stock and the new QD sling sockets in the lower receiver. I could be wrong though. Maybe they just make it for people who want the features of the MOE without the Magpul buttstock. The newer Talo models are pink and black if you're into that kind of thing.

Make sure you don't buy a non-threaded model online if you want a threaded barrel. My friend almost did that from galleryofguns.com.
