10 x 25rds.
2 x 10rds.
ETA: Just purchased 10 more of the 25rds. I think I need 20 more of the 25rds to be ready for the zombies (40mags x 25rds = 1000rds ready for the zombies).

Only 2 for the moment, but I plan on ending up with about 5 or 6.
For my XDM .40, 3 mags for now, but I'd definitely like more.

i have 6 right now. i hope to have 11 soon, with end goal of 22.....
why?
i buy federal 550rd bulk. 11 mags means i can pre load half the box before range day, 22 i could preload the entire box
if a speed loader ever comes out, i won't have to buy more than 11 mags.

Why do you need to look elsewhere? They have the best price, the lowest shipping cost and always have them in stock.
FWIW, Midway has them, as does CTD.

I have 6 for my Ruger mini-14, 2 for my 1911 Colt, 2 for my Ruger Mark II, 2 for my Ruger Mark III, and 3 for my Taurus PT99. And some for my Marlin semi-auto 22's.
I guess I voted wrong.... I can't add very well.

I have usually averaged 4-6 magazines for any particular firearm that I own. Two always loaded in the safe, two that are dedicated range use, and two disassembled hi-capacity magazine "rebuild kits" (stupid komifornia) that go with me whenever I take a trip to AZ, because shooting is usually involved.
I have decided that since I just bought a Kel-Tec SU-16 and my next planned firearm is to build a 5.56 AR that I am going to start stocking up on the AR magazines since they will be able to be used in multiple rifles.

I have 2-10/25 rounders and 2-10 rounders. I want 2 more 10 round shorties and that's all I want. I hate loading haha.
I took my 10-10 round pistol magazines to the range Tuesday and I didn't even use 3 brand new ones.

Livin' w/10s in the PRM
I have fifteen (15) M&P 15-22 magazines -- eight (8) long bodies and seven (7) shorties. Since I live behind enemy lines in the People's Republic of M*******, they're all 10 rounders, of course!
BTW, the short mags fit perfectly in a 7-pocket AR15 20-round magazine bandolier. Excellent for Steel Challenge matches -- Rimfire Rifle Open.

I have two 25 rounders and one short 10 rounder. I may get another short 10 someday. I don't really see the need for any more.

2 10rounders and the original 25 round. So far that is all I really need. On the side for getting more magazines, I own a Remington .22 bolt action in perfect condition with 2 magazines that now 20+ years after it was made you can't another find a magazine anywhere no matter what the cost. I only wish I would have bought more magazines for that gun when the gun was still in production.

Seven 25 rounds - figured I might as well stick with a full battle load for consistency sake in training.

Wow I must have the most MP 15 22 mags then!
I have 22 25rd mags
I also consider my mp 15 22 a real home defense weapon and not a plenker.
I have a 30/30 but if the **** ever hits the fan i'm grabbing for the MP15 22

Real lousy choice for a home defense firearm (I don't like to use the term weapon) unless that is all you have. The .30-30 isn't much better from a handling standpoint. The idea is to STOP the intruder and it will take at least a dozen Center-of-Mass HITS with a .22 to begin to do that. Any self-defense class will tell you that a better house gun is a 12-gauge with 00 buckshot or, if you are a practiced shooter, a 9mm or larger handgun.

It is better than a knife or a stick but I agree with majorlk on this one. To each is own i guess.
Good thing you have tons of magazines though. twenty-two is a lot You can have an entire box of 550 federal bulk in them all. Good times at the range i bet.

I said AT LEAST. A .22 of any kind would be my absolutely last choice. I'll take my 12-gauge or .40 S&W any day. It's obvious that anyone who considers any .22 as an adequate house gun has no self-defense training.

Well just for the ARs:
Spike Tactical AR15 5.56 #1 : 8 10/30rd* mags, 4 10rd mags.
Spike Tactical AR15 5.56 #2 : 4 10/30rd* mags, 2 10rd mags.
S&W M&P 15/22 22lr : 8 10/25rd* mags, 2 10rd mags.
* : Since California's high cap laws, these are modified 30rd mags re-designed to only 10 rds. Unable to return back to high caps. Yes, it's sad to be in California.. So I just have to do mag changes faster than the norm....We may not have a lot, but we sure can change them fast.

I have 8 because here in CA you can only have 10 rounders. Now if I can just learn how to load correctly to prevent jams I'll be set.
