I am looking for a steel match pin shoot or plate shoot to shoot in with my 15-22 in the northeast i live in mass so anywhere in mass nh vt maine??

According to SCSA's site, they have two affiliated clubs for their shoots:
-BSA VENTURING CREW 5 – SCSA125
-DESOTO RIFLE & PISTOL CLUB – SCSA127

The 2012 Ruger Rimfire World Championship will be at the Ontelaunee Rod and Gun Club in New Tripoli, PA on Sept 22-23. The current RR world champ is also the current World Steel Challenge champ, BJ Norris. And knowing him he will come back to defend his title.

Also the PA State Steel Challenge which is a Tier III event is July 7-8 at the York, PA IWLA.
Also the Section 8 USPSA championship is at Old Bridge NJ this year, which is in northern NJ and is one big steel shooting club.

I'm not sure what Blue Trails gun range in Wallingford,Ct does anymore.
They did do shooting matches in the past. They only have a 100yds range now.

NW Ct sportsman club has 22 steel plate matches but not in the winter. It is not in a state you listed but no far from the Mass boarder either.

in NW RI they have the Wall of Steel match which is a centerfire match similar to the earlier started PSA Shootout in PA. While its only centerfire, since they have all the steel plates its a good bet they likely have rimfire steel matches also.

I don't recall any specific matches coming up, but northeastshooters.com usually has more information for the NE region.

Pioneer Sportsmen's club in Dumbarton NH has steel matches on the first Saturday of each month. After the ground is thawed out.

Dunbarton NH is Pioneer Sportsmans Assn. Very popular in this area Good Shoots also Chester F&G Pins.
