Default Flashlight/Laser Combo Vs. Flashlight

Hey guys I am fairly new here and was looking for some opinions about a flashlight or a flashlight/laser combo. I have a red dot site mounted up top with back up sights and a Magpul MOE foregrip so far. What have you guys had on yours that you like/dislike. Any input either way would be helpful. Thanks everyone.

Personally I think lasers are over rated.

If you have a red dot, you pretty much have a laser, just one only you can see.

Red lasers are more or less junk, green ones are where it is at these days.

Veridan make some nice ones, but UTG makes a green laser/torch combo that isn't very low profile, but it will do the job if you really want one. Retails at about $180, comes with a remote switch.

I'd personally just go with a flashlight. Most probably something from SureFire, but I've had good luck with a Streamlight PLT-1 or PTL-2 in a Viking Tactics mount. About half the price of a SureFire.

First goodie purchased Friday was the BSA Stealth Tactical at BassPro. On sale for $79, normally $159. Seems like a reasonable setup.
