One point Sling
Been lurking here for a while, picked up a rifle a few weeks ago and love it so far. The one thing I'm having issue figuring out so far is a one point sling attachment. I'm used to having a mounting point where the buffer tube meets the receiver but that's not going to work here. What do you guys use, if anything at all?
And of course I'm in NY so my stock is pinned which adds annoyance to it. I plan on replacing the stock and pinning the new one so if need be I can work adding this new hardware at the same time, just curious what is out there that works. Thanks guys!

There are many "buffer tube sling mount" options I have seen that attaches to the buffer tube. And, since your pinned, you don't loose adjustment. Like this... Google images So yes, you can have a mounting point at the buffer tube/receiver area
seems like the only good logical choice as mounting a single point sling to just a stock... nahhh

Is it true that every single-point sling should be sold with an athletic cup?

What you don't know will not be painful.
