I've been seeing all kinds of pictures of people's 15-22s that have different handguards on them. It looks to me that the handguard is meant to be permanently attached to the upper, so how do people get them off and attach delta rings for freedom in handguard mounting?

The only parts I paid for new was the front sight and muzzle break. But you will need a barrel vise to hold it when taking the the barrel nut off.
