Arent those the ones the manual says Does not perform well in the mp 15-22. I would stay away from those based on results. But maybe you will get a better batch.

And yep...it was so out of stock I had my wife order a box too...just got that confirmation e-mail also with delivery next Friday!! this OOS ammo is awesome!

I hope you all have better luck with Cabela's than I did.

Ordered 500rds of 9mm (2 orders) last week...showed in stock...got the confirmation E-mail.

A few days later...got a second E-mail saying it was backordered.

Same experience here... Did this with a couple of sites.

Now it is OOS...can't even put it in cart...and hey, if this was in error and its backordered now, no big deal to me. I will continue the quest and be pleasantly suprised is a few months when this shows up if that's the case.

They charged my credit card and sent confirmation email, so maybe that's a good sign?

Been shooting those in my 15-22 for about a year and no problems so far.

$5 for my order...not sure if location makes a difference. If you live close to a Cabela's they also do free shipping to store for pick up there...

Ordered some 100 packs of remington from cabelas a while ago and the customer service lady said they where out but ordered online after she told me that and the order went through, was worth since i had it shipped to the store for free. My local walmarts in northern california have been getting some 45 and 22 ammo but only 100 packs but will get me through best advice is just call in the morning.

Even though it was still is a little high for my liking, I added (2) to my cart to see if I could add more than the limit. It changed it to 1 but then I noticed that a previous item (CCI Tactical .22lr 375rnds) that was added a few weeks back was still in my cart and "in stock". I checked the site again and it was no longer available. I went ahead and placed the order and it went through. Kinda weird. Let's see what happens.

Note that this is a subsonic round.... the photo shows 'Golden Bulllets', which I don't think are subsonic. Last time Cabellas had this in stock I placed two separate orders, (boxes I received were 'Subsonics') I would try calling as I think a few people had success getting multiple boxes. 1 box per order works out to 0.13 per round.... even if you can order just two, with shipping it's down to 0.10 per round which is easier on the wallet.

Just called-Limit 1 via Phone or online order. Last week you could order 5 on phone, now only 1.

True. I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't for the CCI Tactical rounds left in my cart a few weeks back that still showed "in stock". Plus the Remingtons are subsonic but wanted to try them out anyways. My order came to a little less than 0.09/round...

Open Range pawn shop in Flomaton, AL has several cases of Centurian .22 LR. I stopped in yesterday because their sign says 'plenty of .22 shells'. A box of 50 is $8.75 plus tax, or about $9.50 per 50 round box.

I prefer dealing with local businesses, but that's too rich for my blood, so I passed.

If you are in south Alabama or the Florida panhandle and absolutely need ammo, they should have some for a while.
