Thanks, I ordered 500 because I just got 5,400 rounds of CCI. It seems like ammo is getting a little easier to find.
Also received order confirmation. But im starting to rethink my decision. Im probably going to cancel my order.

I've been watching auctions (1000 rds. selling for $200+) and $95 per 1000 right now ain't bad.

No matter what the commodity, if it's in short supply desperate buyers will clamor for it and drive prices up. The consumer is his/her own worst enemy. In a couple of months after the AWB fails and a few cosmetic changes are made in the gun laws it will be back to business as usual. Ammo will be plentiful again and prices will drop.

I bit the bullet and bought 1000 rounds. I need some more 22 ammo so I figure that will hold me for quite a while. The kid won't be shooting as much, but at least we can still get to the range.

I just got an email saying my order shipped. I am excited since I have not been able to find anything local for a few weeks now. Maybe now I can go break in my 15-22 and my Sig Mosquito with the CCI's.

Mine shipped too. Just got my 15-22 a couple weeks ago and have been looking for ammo. Paid too much, but would like to be able to shoot my new rifle.

9 cents a shot for bulk! Glad I was prepared... Going to Cabelas today to pick up 6300 rounds that were less that 4 cents per.

Consider yourself fortunate. Within a 25 mile radius there are 5 Walmarts carrying firearms. Their shelves have been barren for over a month for .22LR. Also, .223 and 9mm has been missing for a month or more. One store had 2 boxes of 9mm, the 100 round value packs. I bought them and told the guy I was surprised to find them. He said they came in the night before. I said I was lucky to get the last 2 boxes, figuring they had received a case. He said the shipment just had 2 boxes of 9mm, and not a full case!

I just picked up my ammo and was checking out their stock. the ONLY 22lr that they had was one box of the Shoot'Em gator guy 250 round box and 4 boxed of Eley Match. That's 450 round total in a Cabela's... Crazy. Felt pretty good walking out with 6300 rounds or 252 mags worth....

Timing is everything. I was in Wally World today to buy some groceries and out of curiosity checked sporting goods section and saw several bricks of .22's on the shelf. Guy said they just came in. Sign said, "Limit of 2 boxes of ammunition to a customer." I bought a brick of Winchester 555 for $22. They also had Federal Champion 525 value pack for same price.
