Heads up on MOEs
I was in a local shop this morning and they have MOEs coming out of their ears. They have at least 10 of them on display in both black and FDE, priced at $569.00. If anyone is interested, the shop is Mega Sports in Plainfield, Illinois.

That's a good price for an FDE.

Re: Heads up on MOEs
Did they have any 22lr ammo when you were there? I was able to find some mini mags there about a month ago. The only thing that sucks about mega sports is the hours. You never know if they are gonna be open or not

I didn't look for ammo, so I can't say what their stock was. FWIW, I was in Cabelas in Hammond last week and they had a pallet full of Federal Champion bulk.

Good to hear they're holding their prices. That's where I bought my FDE and it was the same price before the New Year. As far as an LGS goes, they've got one of the better inventories in the area.

I have seen more and more of these popping up in gun shops lately, the prices I have seen are above retail ...but not by much. I think most of the panic buying as far as firearms are concerned, is over. I also think that most of the mag and ammo shortages are mostly manufacturing not being able to fill the demand...so no worries, this too will fix itself eventually.
