Aha! I tossed my receipt for three boxes of Maxi-Mag 22WMR I bought the end of last month, but I managed to find my receipt for a box of CCI 22LR Quiet and Mini-Mags!

CCI SPINNER TARGET DEAL
Well since I'm not allowed to name names (on this site anyways), a certain gun store by me that sells cci and has this offer has tacked on you have to buy a gun also! yeah sure, is cci aware of this? don't hold your breath waiting for me to buy any ammo. I should probly contact cci, I think they would like to know.
