Default Scope mounts

Hey all...was rooting through my stuff in storage and found my old 3 - 9 x 40 Bushnell Banner collecting dust. Any recommendations for mounts that won't break the bank? It currently has flip mounts attached that were previously tapped into the barrel of my rifle.

Thanks!
