Newbe looking for a push button QD for the OEM buttstock.

The buttstock already a quick release, comes off easily.

Do you mean the Quick release single point sling piece on the MOE version stock?

He has to be referring to adding a sling point barrel added to the stock. If so, I would search for or look at some of the images of the barrel being added to the base where the receiver extension (buffer tube) meets the receiver. It requires you to drill a hole, but it looks decent.

I personally went with a Midwest Industries clamp-on mount (if that's what you're looking for).
