Hello all,

Just wondering if the KNS anti walk pins and the XMR gen 2 are compatible or does the pin interfere with the action of the XMR gen 2, I know the gen 1 works but prefer the look of the Gen 2, but if there are any issues with the XMR gen 2, i would then go for the Rainier arms mag release which looks like it wouldn't conflict with the pins.

Anyone utilising this combo...?

I run with KNS gen2 mod2 pins and XMR Gen1. They function fine with no conflict between themselves or my SBR. So My guess is that what you are looking for would work just fine. Only difference I see between XMR 1&2 is the slots. Shape and style/ size look the same. I see no reason why there would be a significant change of dimension from 1 to 2.

Ive been researching bits and bobs and came across this review

The good? This is another fantastic piece from Odin Works and Tactical Link! Fit and finish are second to none, installation is a breeze and operation is flawless, well...almost. The bad? The XMR 2 was not operable on my rifle that is equipped with anti-rotation pins. One could imagine my disappointment. Alas, there's a happy ending. I gifted the XMR 2 (late) to my father for Christmas and, following installation, he couldn't be happier. It's everything I have come to expect from Odin Works, except it's on someone else's rifle. Ah. Hadn't seen that. I stand corrected. :-)
