Hi I would like to buy a rifle for my grand daughters to use with me. I was confused by the S&W web page when the oal of the standard with a 6 ***. stock was from 33.75 to 30.5 but the oal of the purple rifle with the 6 ***. stock was from 33.75 to 32.5, that is not much room for 6 different positions. can anyone check the shortest length of pull for the colored rifles. I want the most adjustment I can get but they really want a purple rifle. girls are different . Wimpy
thank you I think that would be great. Is your rifle a colored model or standard ? I do not understand why there seems to be a difference on the measurements of the S&W web page. I thank you again for your quick response. Wimpy
OK, so I just bought a purple M&P 22 and measured the O.A.L. it is 34.75 full length and 31.5 collapsed. and like little airwolf said the collapsed length of pull is 10.5. It appears that the S&W web page has wrong measurements on the purple rifle. I am just glad it will fit my grand daughters. thanks for the reply Wimpy
Lucky girl!
If you upgrade the forgrip with an AR handguard, it drops alot of weight and with a smaller sizes forend, it will be easier to grip.
Just my 2 cents.
Thanks again. I just sighted it in and what a sweet shooting rifle, it ran on everything I put in it Rem. golden bullets no problems, also Fed. auto match, everything shoots those. and Blazer, I could not be happier. I can't believe it, but the purple is growing on me, at least its not the pink one. Wimpy
