Default Finally finished the 15-22...for now

I have finally finished it, for now. We'll see what my next step/mod is, if I decide to do another.

I'll list mods in a bit when I get home!

Does that cheek riser, impede the function of the charging handle? I presume you have to extend the stock to work the handle.
Nice looking rifle.

I like the way that you added..........."for now"

I'm pretty sure that is a Magpul CTR with a 1/4" cheek riser.

PARTS/MODS:

Magpul CTR stock with 0.25" cheek riser
UTG 3-12X44 30mm Compact Scope
M-LOK MVG Vertical Grip
Kinetitech Crown Barrel Shroud (Crown Barrel Shroud S&W AR 15 / 22 - Kineti-Tech) I got the longer length, so it would fit inside the handguard. It does take some modification to the inside of the handguard so it would fit.
Color fill lettering

That's really it as far as I can recall. I don't want to that front flip up sight on there, but I don't know what to do on the front rail, and it looks naked without something on there.

Yes, it does effect the function of the charging handle, you have to extend the stock in order for it to work. But I really like the feel/look of the riser with the scope I have, so it's worth it.

It was testors red and white enamel paint, and a small vial of their thinner. Use a very fine brush to paint the lettering, wait a little bit for it to start to dry then use the thinner to clean off the excess. Usually takes 2 or 3 coats to really fill it in and make the color stand out.
