I am now looking for a free float handguard and am wondering what choices you made and why?

It is imperative to me that the 'gap' between the guard and the receiver be minimal or non existant. Also because of my shorter barrel i will be limited to 12 inch maximum...

Just looking for opinions for form and fit, that you guys have decided to go with. I have been scouring the net and am frankly amazed at the choices and the wide range of the guards available.

So far i am still drawn to the Diamondhead VRS-T 10.25", but also like the look of the Gibbz Arms 11.375″ Ultra Lite Free Float Hand Guard.

I look forward to hearing your opinions on handguards and fitting them to your 15-22.

I like this Ultralight Handguard with a tacticool adapter. You'd have to trim it to length.
