Me too but in reality getting a firearm manufacturing license, equipment and labor to manufacture them in mass wouldn't be worth the investment. If I were him l, I'd lease the design to a company that already has the capability.

He doesn't have to get a license if he only builds the stocks...

In this case, the stock is part of the receiver.

You'd a thought he'd a got it off the ground in six years if it was viable. Looks like a lot of extra plastic and weight. I'll keep my 15-22 rifle and pistol . . .
