You can attach any 1/2x28 muzzle brake, flashhider, compensator to your 15-22, as long as the pitch/threads are 1/2x28 you are good to go, shop around to find a spiky one.

Take a look at the Troy Claymore.
Not as angular as the spiked one for the AK but pretty good I think.
