Default New rifle - very happy.

I got my new Tacticool Plinkeriffic 15-22 all decked out, hit my local range, and had a lot of fun today. I was pleasantly surprised by the trigger, and the overall feel of the rifle. 150 rounds of CCI Mini Mags with no issues at all. According to the Interweb, it was supposed to jam and blow up from an OOB discharge. Guess I got lucky.

Congratulations on the purchase and I have an original M&P 15-22 that has run flawlessly and I have never had a FTF with any of the ammo I have run thru it. Great fun for the grand kids when they come to visit.

They are indeed fun!
Mine hasn't jammed or blown up from OOB either.
I am about ready to take off the helmet and face shield and the body armour that I bought from the guy who said it would blow up.

What barrel is that on there? Or is that a suppressor?

It's a threaded barrel shroud from Tacticool22 - purely cosmetic but I like the baddassery factor.

Just don't let any of Project Appleseeds' staff "work" on it...

Default Wow..

Pistol grip AND a fore end grip that points STRAIGHT DOWN. Add to that that it is a semi auto ASSAULT RIFE with a DETACHABLE magazine that shoots the same caliber bullet as an M-16 and you have one dangerous weapon there. If you had a 'thumb hole stock' that would be illegal in all 50 states for sheer badassary.

That's one point of view. Mine says, "Great little gun."

In my humble opinion, you are living on borrowed time, you are in possession of an evil assault rifle with a 30 round magazine clip AND a barrel shroud, that is likely to explode in your face at any moment.

If you indeed care for your life you should dispose of that. I can dispose of it for you, I'll even pay the shipping fee.

Seriously though they are fantastic rifles, love mine to bits. While I agree that the stock trigger is nice, it gets better with the simple JP yellow spring swap....or better yet get yourself a 24C...

Semi-22s aren’t my thing but love to hear when a shooter truly enjoys range time...have fun!

That's why .22s are called 'fun guns'.

McGAP
Sounds like all you need is a Mcfadden loader and lots of ammo.
