Default S&W M&P 15-22 Conversion T A M4 Look

Anyone tried to make their 15-22 look like the M4 carbine. If it can be done what would you need. Of course there are the handguards, delta ring, and front sight post. Does anyone make a kit to do this.

Might want to contact tacticool22 and see what he has to offer in parts and suggestions. He has this "platform" (hate that term) pretty much figured out.

Scroll to bottom pics. M4-Style Handguard on 15-22

Thanks so much bamashooter I will look into it. Tacticool22 is great, I have his barrel shrouds on both of my 15-22s.

I have had my 15-22 for 4 years. Didn't like the multiple piece hand guards for the rails that were available at the time. I think the brand name was UTG that I first bought.
At a gun show a vendor was selling Knights armament military surplus rail handguards. I bought 3 and installed on the 15-22. Like the way it looks and feels. The downside was i had to enlarge the rail notch so the locking clip on the hand guards would catch and lock on the polymer rail.

Happy with how it turned out.
