Default 15-22 MagSwell™️

I’ve been kindly told I can post about a product my company produces for the M&P 15-22 in the UK (We can post to the USA if enough orders warrant it).

In the UK mini rifle is our element of 3 Gun when using the rifle, it’s .22lr and most on the circuit use a 15-22. This lead us to look at flared magwell options and other than adapting one for an AR if we can get them home, we decided to produce a dedicated 15-22 version. It may not be of use in the USA but for us in our limited capacity it’s a great addition to our Rimfire rifles and does make loading under stress and time restraints a lot easier as you can keep your eyes on target all the time, every time.

Designed in Fushion 360 the CAD was then exported and 3D printed using the latest materials available. We went with two options, the first being a Nylon based super tough material that’s used in engineering to replace metal parts. The second a Carbon Fibre filament to give both sharper looks but also be super strong.

We found most people print in PLA and although it’s cheaper and serves a purpose, it’s biodegradable and doesn’t play well with gun oils or cleaning products. The materials we use are good with the elements, heat, oils and wont degrade over time.

Anyway as I was kindly given permission and I wanted to show you the types of things we are doing on the other side of the pond. You can always check out our website/shop and see what other bits we do for the 15-22 and other rifles, pistols and shotguns (address in my profile picture).

Below are a few pictures of our MagSwell™️ To give you a better look.

Thanks for letting me promote our product in a one off post, I hope you enjoy seeing what we are up to across the pond.

All the best, Steve and the 3GN UK®️ Team

E-mail sent. How does it lock into place? Needs something to not shift when you hit it with the mag during insertion. Have a pic looking into its' "mouth" while it's on the lower?

It has two small locking tabs on the back. It slides on and then clips into place. I haven't tried mine yet as I have just got them and my rifle in 1200km away but tomorrow evening I'll be home.

I have not tried it yet but it seems rather solidly mounted and looks like it can take some punishment, as least as much as one can punish a 15-22.
