Default 15-22

Looking at one of these rifles but a little hesitant with all of the negative feedback I am reading on them. Am I just being cautious or reading something more into what is written.

Get it!
Too many nay-sayers on the interwebs.

Great fun to shoot.
Minute-of-squirrel accurate to 75 yards with good ammo, and 100 yards with the right ammo.

You might need to adjust the extractor, but it's easy.

There's waaaaaay more positive feedback then there is negative on the 15-22. Great operating little .22 and loads of fun to shoot. Just keep them clean and PROPERLY lubed (like any other semi-auto), be careful not to bend the ejector when cleaning, and you won't regret getting one.

You're likely to get mostly positive reviews here or this part of the web site would not exist. Take it and any other info for what they're worth. I'm fine with mine.

I haven't had any issues with mine and it didn't shoot itself apart like my M4-22 did.

I shoot with a group of about 20 guys, all of which shoot 15-22’s. Some of the rifles are going on 50,000 rounds with only a broken firing pin or two along the way. I personally have around 20,000 through mine and it is 100% with quality ammo. Most of the rifles will need the ejector adjusted once, they are good to go afterwards.

You guys are so convincing, makes the decision hard on the nay side so I went ahead and ordered one, normally just shoot CZ bolts so this will be my fun gun along with the Taurus TX22 which are amazing.

I have quite a few diff types of .22 rifles and even built a couple dedicated retro .22 ARs so I was really surprised when I bought one how fun it was. I bought two more as gifts. well worth it.

What naysayers?

I have had one for the longest in my group and still love it, even SBRd mine and it still gets oohs and ahs, even from guys with their own.

One of my friends is fastidious in his guns, his AR is a Daniel Defense in .300 Blk With all the mods and cons. He competes with his 15-22.

A bunch (9?) of guys shoot and even more share 15-22s at local comps. We have a smattering of M4-22s, some 10/22s, some 10-22M4s and even a GSG or two. If you prefer to ck the right sport the 15-22 is hard to beat. The 10/22 will out shoot one in bullseye but for run and gun games? Hard to beat.

My kids love plinking with it too.
