Well there are laser bore sighters for most (all?) centerfire cartridges, but the only .22 laser bore sighter I've seen, (and have) is a muzzle inserted laser. It came with various small attachments for various calibers.
Not the most accurate Bore sighter, but it will get you on paper.
Forgot where I got it, sorry

There would be no room for the emitter and required power source (batteries) in a .22 sized bullet style laser sighting fixture.
You'll have to purchase/use a laser that is inserted into the muzzle end of the barrel, as mentioned by Marylander in the post above.

The one I have....
....called 'Golden Future' (obviously Chinese) cost about 20 bucks off of Amazon. It has rubber bushings that you tighten a screw down until they fit the bore so it covers a wide range of calibers, including .22.

Just break the action open, pull the bolt, and point the barrel at the target to get your sights or scope on the paper. From there you can zero them with minimal time or rounds fired. You can do this with bolt action and lever action rifles too.
