Default Hello family.. I need parts help (spring)

First off hello again, it’s been years since I’ve posted but I’m in need of the foreman wisdom.

Short story : I lost a spring, can’t find replacement or even what the part officially called (#).

Full story.. was cleaning, took magazine release button off and lost that little spring that sits under it.
I looked everywhere near me. Then I searched the net for replacement and could not find it.
I called S&W and told them what I needed. The woman was very helpful and I thought sure she knew what I needed. S&W sent me a spring but not the correct one.

I have searched for a parts diagram with it listed
I have searched this forum this is all I found..

Please help me 🤓

I realize this borders on blasphemy but might perhaps a Colt spring fit?

Its a standard AR15 part;

"AR15 Magazine Catch / Release Spring", should be able to pick one up at brownells or any other small parts peddler for about $5.
