Default Has anyone gotten their mags to drop out ?

Magazines have to be assisted to get them to drop out,,, does this fix itself after a few thousand rounds or is there a fix ?

It all has to do with the dimensions of the lower. Both of mine drop free with all ten of my mags. Both of my rifles are around five years old.

You might try this but I'd use sandpaper on a popsicle stick, etc. vs a file unless you're comfortable filing on plastic. I would first make sure it's not the catch/release mechanism.

S&W 15-22 mags not freely releasing

Well, I took some 220 grit dry paper to the 2 mags today and after about 5 minutes on the sides of each mag, they are dropping fine now. Thanks for the help.
