Default PRECISION RIMFIRE CHALLENGE

Has anyone heard of "Precision Rimfire Challenge"? I am told that this is long range target shooting (with scope) on .22LR rifles. Can the S&W M&P 15-22 be used in this competition?

I've heard of it but I don't remember the details. I think the shooting distance is 100 yards. Beyond that, I don't remember.
