Went to 4 gun stores in my area looking for a m/p 15-22, only 1
told me they would try to order me one but could not say how long that might take.
No, I do not order from on line dealers, went that route before!

Must be sporadic by area. I saw 2 rifles and a pistol in shops yesterday. I have a friend looking for one for his son.

Well... take the path less travelled. Don't go to the big box chain Sporting goods store. Call around to the Ma and Pa gun shops, and go look up which are S&W dealers...

Could poke around on gunbroker as well. I see a lot of them there. Make sure you have a set "no-go" price in mind as its easy to get carried away on auctions.

I just left my go to shop here in TN. They had a rack full of M/P 15-22s for $499. They also had a Rohm .22 revolver on the shelf for $100 and I bet someone buy it !

local dealer got me one, shot 200 rounds mini mags no problem, don't like that 25 round mag as I only bench shoot. I did place an order with a couple dealers for some 10 rounders though.
