Raven and Ntac if you want kydex. I havent seen anything in leather except for Galco. Fobus makes there Roto's for M&Ps with lights. Try optics planet, search M&P holster with light. There are quite a few thigh rigs that work.

Atomic Dog Holsters and Bladetech also make some. Safariland does also, but they mostly make leo duty holsters. My vote goes to Raven, but they have a 3 month or better wait right now.

Atomic Dog Holsters does not make holsters for light equipped handguns, per their website.
My vote goes for Raven Concealment. I love mine!

Raven seems to have the market for kydex-they make a great product and some insist its the best-but there is something to be said about the personal service I get from Ntac, the 1 and a half hour wait, and the inclusion of both IWB and OWB attachments for a price much much less than Ravens. And yes I have compared them-same set up for M&P fs, with lights Ntac and Raven. Aside from a few extra rivets on the Raven it is hard to pick a clearcut winner. I'm impatient but I wont slack on quality so you can guess which one I carry.
