Default M&P semi-auto

Does any version of the 9mm have an adjustable rear sight?

I have never seen one but Novaks or one of the other sight makers should be able to supply one.

you could consider them windage adjustable if you have a big enough hammer

Stock sights are windage adjustable ( without allot of trouble) but not elivation adjustable. Not sure if Novac makes one. However, I've found my M&Ps to shoot to POA very nicely at typical handgunning distances.

I used to make sure I had adjustable sights. Then I realized that once the pistol was sighted in, I never had to move the sights.

I believe that Novak does make an adjustable. However, at typical handgun ranges, different ammunition generally doesn't produce enough change in point of impact to matter.
