Are slides on M&P's interchangeable?
Sorry, another slide question.
If you had 2 M&P's of the same cal, would the slides be interchangeable or are the tollerances to sloppy?

Same calibre/model M&P's are completely interchangeable - no problem at all.

Thanks much. Still trying to figure out how to build a "Ma Legal" 5" 9mm M&P. It may involve buying two guns!

Step 1: Move out of the People's Republic of Massachusetts.
Step 2: Buy M&P9L and enjoy living in a state that isn't hell-bent on thwarting the right to own firearms.

Step 3: Vote for pro-gun politicians and be politically active for gun rights.

Good luck with your plans. Make sure you are abiding by the law. It may be a stupid law passed by stupid people. But abide by the law. If you were to break a law, say like paying taxes or employing illegal aliens, they might go easy on you if you are a nominee of the squatter in the white house. But if you break a law related to firearms, you cannot expect anything but the more extreme application of the law by those who will have you in their gunsights. Remember, the ballot box is a effective cure for such people. Come this November, it looks like Dr. Voter and his care giving team will be giving stupid treatments in all 50 states. Your state recently saw the cure administered in a senate election. Hopefully you will see more follow. Sincerely. brucev.

Trust me, my insistance on staying within the law is why I'm in this predicament. I WON"T do anythig illegal. I required I will do without for 5 more years till I retire & move south. As for the whole voting thing, it's only a small and distant hope here. We won a battle but are still loosing the war. Just yesterday teh MA supreme court ruled that the 2nd amendment doesn't force states to allow people to own a firearm.

Texas is the fastest growing state. We got lots of room, and our Governor likes hanging out at gun ranges see below
SnarkyBytes * Texas Governor Rick Perry gets some range time.
