Default MA compliant MP9

Probably an amateur question, but I like and plan on buying a MP9 firearm, has to be MA compliant and have a 10 round mag, but I plan on doing alot of target in Maine. Can I purchase a 17 round mag for this gun or will it not accept it?
Thanks

Get a M&P .45 and write the MA State house what a bunch of totally ignorant morons they are for enacting legislation that forces you to buy guns that shoot much larger and more lethal bullets...All though slightly fewer of them.

Problem solved.

Will fit. You'll see the difference in the mags when you pick up the full capacity mag. I have both for mine. Have fun!

Don't have that mag in MA as it is a felony to even poses it. Keep it in Main.

I plan on leaving it up at camp for target up there. I shoot with some people up there now and they all have High cap mags, hate to be the one that has to keep reloading..
Thanks

Not .45; magazines over 10 rounds. When the federal ban expired Mit signed a MA law that was the same, 10 rounds or less only. And it's a felony to have one unless pre-ban.

Dont get caught in MA........... Instead of being the only one in Maine without a high cap, youll be the only one of your pals in jail...
