"H" Trigger Bar for M&P
Anyone know of a source for the new style "H" Trigger Bar for a
S&W M&P without having to send the weapon in to the factory?

I got mine at Factory Parts : Welcome to Speed Shooter Specialties
They are currently out of stock but they do have an e-mail notification for out of stock items. That is the only way I have been able to find certain parts.

What's different about this "H" trigger bar? Why do you want one? Has your original failed in some way?

The "H" trigger bar assembly has a different profile than the
earlier trigger bars and the "H" version. in theory at least, is
supposed to enhance the felt reset. It is worthwhile to me to
give it a try. In doing so I will at the very least have a backup
bar. Thats it, Rastoff, no other reason.
Thanks, Curlysir, for the tip. I contacted SSS and they'll advise
when they get them in.

I just checked my 9c, I thought it didn't have all the new updates but it does. It has the"H" trigger bar. My fs9 has an S on the trigger bar it's 6 months older. I have the RAM installed in my fs9. The 9c doesn't really have a better reset feel to me. It is a lil more positive click but not by much.. Then again,I don't shoot to reset. I really can't see any real difference in the trigger bars, if there is any. What I've read was its the slide lock that gives you the enhanced reset.

Im in need of a "H" trigger bar as the spring eye broke and I have matches. Does any one know where I can find one. Please email allen(@)Livinginswflorida(dot)com.
There are three trigger bars. The older one with no marks and the "H" trigger bar, which is longer, and designed for the non-safety sear block ( the one with the hole in it that will accept the Apex RAM). The "S" is shorter and for the frames set up for the thumb safety, Vtac with "Universal" sear block.(the one that doesn't have the hole for the Apex USB)

If I remember correctly, the trigger bar doesn't effect reset. The newer version of the slide stop has a protrusion that adds pressure to the trigger bar allowing it to snap off the sear which is what improves the reset.

The trigger bar and the new slide stop are what create the better rest. I have also found that with the new trigger bar, no adjustment is needed to the loop when switching to the Apex Poly or Aluminum trigger.

Is the H trigger bar only for the FS and C M&Ps or does it work in the Shield?
