FINALLY!!
Ordered a mid-size 45 on June 1st. The gun store contacted me and said the distributer called because they had a FS, wanting to know if I would take it or wanted to wait for the mid-size to arrive. After 23 weeks, I was not going to wait any longer. Now the proud owner of a FS M&P 45!!! Time to get my behind to the range and shoot this thing

With Detroit's bankruptcy issue they may give you one if you promise to do a standard weekly patrol.

My father is a Sgt with the DPD. But this came from another retired officer. It is the only one I know of not in the hands of a DPD officer. They have only had them a few years so maybe as more guys retire and sell them there will be more out there but none that I know of

M&P 9 Pro
The paper work indicates it was test fired on 10/10/2013 and I purchased in on 11/09/2013 so it is pretty fresh. Problem is the weather went to pot so as soon as it is fit for an old man to get out and about I will put it through it's paces. Purchase price was $550.00. I immediately purchased to more mags which should be here tomorrow. I can't wait, ha.

Got my slide back from Doug Presson Works in NC. Very happy with the outcome!
Ported, front slide serration, and cerkote'd in Burnt Bronze including the back strap. I also polished the barrel to a mirror finish.

Depends on what you want. Doug Presson has a website and he can give you the pricing and options. Very prompt and sent me updates regularly and pics. Highly recommended!
Barrel is just polished from the chamber forward.

My 45 full size
Got Apex trigger kit with 5lb trigger spring, apex sear and spring and stricker block kit and just purchased trijicon scope with amber dot. The flash is my buddy's, we just put it on to see how it looks. I have 2 holsters i carry but this on is the main one. The other one is just basic inside waist universal holster which i like very much as well.

I picked this up 2nd hand. The folks at the gunatorium duracoated it in an effort to dress it up. Duracoat seems to wear about as well as nail polish.

My 9C & how it mostly rides. This is a great pistol, absolutely the best deal I've ever made in recent times. The only mods are a night front sight, Apex duty/carry, stippled back strap/tool & skateboard tape on the front of the grip frame & mag floorplates lol. Been through a few advanced classes with it and it met the "Timex" test 100% (for you older guys haha). The gear: Blackhawk holster, DeSantis mag carrier, Beltman belt. I also have a Galco Summer Comfort I use too, like that a lot.
