Not all M&P's but still a worthy photo of the squad nonetheless.

Just finished the latest round of work on my 40L. I have done a number of builds on 1911's, but this is my first go at Tactical Tupperware. The M&P is an interesting design, I'm enjoying it quite a bit. All function checks are passed and she is ready for test flight.

Test Flight completed today at the range. 200 rounds down range, Blazer 180 grain FMJ, performance: flawless. Very impressed with the Apex Tactical trigger.

Got a great deal on a Police trade in M&P 40. Midway had the 357Sig drop in barrel's on a great sale at the same time. Aim Surplus also had an solid sale on magazines (listed as, and priced as, surplus but they look brand new) too. So, now I have an M&P that switch hits 40S&W and 357Sig and its all in one nice case.

Thanks, yeah my wife has a little trouble racking the slide, some of it was form. She is getting the hang of it now. Her permit should be in the mail soon. Got to get her to the range now. I will say the 42 racks a lot easier than the Shield, that's for sure.

Yeah, I tried the shield at a range yesterday.. Very hard to rack... Also tried the HK p30 sk. Beautiful little gun that hk, but the recoil on a 9 mm is pretty strong... My friend told me to try the sig 228 which takes 380 ammo, might have a little less recoil, so I'm trying to have patience and wait till I can try before I buy. My husband doesn't shoot so I joined a woman's group that shoots every month and the leader is going to bring a bunch of her guns for me to try next time. I'm waiting for my best friend to get her permit so we can try out all the guns at a closer range that lets us pay$10 and try 10 bullets thru any gun they rent, so we can have fun trying out all the guns one at a time! Fun!

Thanks man this is actually made by Home - ArachniGRIP™ Firearm Accessories and Training
It's pretty easy and straight forward just clean the surface wit the prep pad that comes with it and start from the top and work one side and then do the other . As long as one side is straight the other side will come out good. It was 20 bucks fore two and still on my first one I edc it.

New M&P 2.0 45acp
Recently purchased a new S&W M&P 2.0 45acp with thumb safety. I actually haven't owned a Smith since my 1076 when I was younger. Mostly Glocks, an HK, and a couple 1911's. There were things that my pistols didn't have or some things I didn't care for that the 2.0 did address and at a decent price. I handled many pistols from.just about every manufacturer before deciding on a edc pistol. I'm impressed with the M&P 2.0. Had it out at the range yesterday, what a joy to shoot. Who says a polymer pistol can't have a great factory trigger? What's really great is there is no need for mods, aftermarket parts etc. etc. Only thing I did is I like a particular night sight so I installed those but the factory sights are great. High quality and well thought-out.design. If any corners we're cut I sure couldn't find them. I highly encourage anyone thinking of a 2.0 to go check one out

Id recommend the stainless steel guide rod it makes the rack much easier. I've used it 500+ rounds and love it.
No complaints

Here's my EDC with a CTC Laser guard (gift from wife 😀 and an Alien Gear holster. Has about 500 rounds through it and the slide has gotten a lot easier to cycle by hand.

My EDC Pocket Dump
My S&W M&P Bodyguard 380 along with the other attendant things that end up in my cargo pants or car.
I have a rather large collection of sunglasses, since I wear sunglasses all of the time, courtesy of my intractable migraine.
Anyway, here's a typical day's pocket dump.

Thanks
Long time reader. New poster. I originally purchased this pistol stock for $310.00 because I wanted to practice gunsmithing basics. Based on the research it was the best bang for the buck( pun intended) A year and a half later I think I have finished (for now). This pistol is so much fun to shoot and serves as my bedside pistol. Many of you asked questions about your own pistols and others answered them so I never really had to post in here til now. Just wanted say thanks and hopefully I'll see y'all out there on the range.

I couldn't resist getting another carry gun with Shield prices as low as they were recently. Then a new M&P 2.0 seemed logical.

Picked up a Strike Industries +2 for 9mm on the 7 round mag to go along with all my other base plates. I really like the look and feel of it, and its just the right length and shape that I can still easily conceal it in a t shirt which has been proven hard for me to do with the Hyve +2 on the 8rd. This is a nice in-between the stock 8rd and the Hyve. I think I will replace my Pearce as my carry with my 7rd with Recover Tactical mag clip or my stock 8rd with Neomag as my spare, just need to get it to the range to make sure it feeds properly.

I like it a lot. I have one for my Shield and a smaller one for my Bodyguard. They offer 3 sizes covering from .380-10mm. Very easy on/off and easy to draw from. But I also use my Recover Tactical base plated 7 rd mag a lot as well. Just depends on what I'm wearing. The Recover Tactical works great with slanted pocket shorts or pants. The Neomag is great for jeans.
