My fs .40 so far. I plan to put in the fss and trijcon HD sights soon. EDC holster is a crossbreed super tuck... super comfy.
Stippling done by Aaron at a2 stippling, awesome job! Very happy with it so far

My new baby!
I just got home from the shop with this beautiful 40 L pro C.O.R.E :-) It's my first S&W coming from an SA XDm 5.25 9mm and I like the S&W way, way more :-)

Here is the M&P 9 PRO I won at a match back in June. Arrived just in time for Chrismas.
It rounds out the trio quite nicely! 9 PRO, 9 FS, & 9 Shield

This is my first post and first M&P. I bought the M&P .45 full size and put an Inforce 200 lumens rail light on it. I took it out for the first time the other day and really like the way it shoots. Only problem so far is one of the mags doesn't want to hold 10 in it. The other one does with no problem. I got 10 in the one that I'm having problems with but can't get it in the gun with a full mag. I ordered 2 more mags yesterday so will see how they work. So far I really like this gun and the way it fits my hand with the MED back strap.

Compared to my 3rd Gen Glock 21, I love it. My favorite is still my Sig 1911 Scorpion but I can see this becoming my favorite, just need to run some more rounds through it.

One of several pics I took the other day for the 15-22 forum, but it's a nice shot of my M&P-9FS as well.

hmm wouldn't those cuts weaken the slide? just curious.

No - I've had 4 guns done exactly the same way ( 3 Sig's + 1 M&P).
2 of them are competition slides -
1000's of rounds through each - nary a crack .

My new M&P .40, and my first gun bought new. It is the two-tone kit from Cabelas, I haven't shot this one yet but will have the chance tomorrow. This joins my pre-model 10 M&P (c. 1945).

Clockwise from upper right - Body Guard 380, Sig 938, Shield 40, MP9c w/Viridian C5L laser, MP9 FS w/Viridian C5L laser. Shield 40 is my go to carry weapon, Body Guard is backup. Sig 938 is secondary carry gun that can be pocket carried. MP9's with Viridian lasers stay hidden within the house for high round capacity HD. Only one problem child within the group, that being the Body Guard. Two trips to S&W CS seems to have straightened her out for now.
I originally posted this in the Semi-Auto section, should have put it here with the MP's .

Gunkote vs Cerakote is it the same?
Is Melonite better?
I'm planning to send my slide to either ATEi or dpcustomworks.
Thanks

Nice collection, beaver pelt??
Here is my new Shield .40, nothing too special about it unlike some of the other guns on here.
