Wanted-- info on mfg date 3913 sn TDS9011?

Hi, I am new to this forum... I just purchased a previously owned 3913. It is in very good shape. I am curious as to date of manufacture. s/n TDS9011 on left side and B0189 on 3 places right side(frame, slide, ejector). I am looking to replace handle with wood as well... what options do I have?
