Default Aftermarket Sights

Hello all! I love the three dot sights that came on my M&P. Unfortunately, I feel that I should get night sights since it will be my carry gun. I looked at the S&W Novak sights here http://www.smith-wesson.com/webapp/w...9_757837_image
None of them look like the pair on my gun though. I've also heard about the TFO, Trijicon, Meprolight, Warren, and Heinie brands. I do like the three dot system and would like to stick with it. Does anyone have and experience or suggestions? I would very much appreciate the advice. Here is my attempt at an image of my current sights. I wish I could get the same ones only as night sights.

I'd go with Trijicon if for CCW, very robust. TRUGLO's are also excellent and excel in the daylight, which I use them for the range and run & gun events. Both are also tritium'd night sights and about the same brightness.

I just got my 40c with the factory night sights on it (also for CC) and to my understanding S&W uses the Trijicon sights. So, they look like Jubz's first picture.

Normal factory sights are just the white 3 dot sights. You have to pay more for the night sights when you buy or order the firearm. It's a separate SKU# from S&W for the firearm with the night sights. Basically it's a special option and doesn't come with them standard. (except for one version of the Pro models, but I'm not going to get into that. LOL)

Ahh I see. So would those be the ones from the S&W website on the link I posted?

I recommend XS big dot sights with the tritium front and rear. They are fast, accurate at long distances and easy to pick up on a rifle and pistol.

Thanks R1, I've been researching quite a bit the past few days and I am going to go with the Trijicon HD line here:

I am leaning towards the orange.
