Default Got one of the last of the .357 SIGS

Well, maybe not quite to that extreme, but got a full size to go with my compact. M&P's in general are somewhat hard to come by and the discontinued SIG's, to civilians, are downright scarce.
I can't understand why. 15 rounds in a full size gun of absolute flat shooting, hard hitting power, gives one the knockdown of a .45 with the capacity, almost, of a 9. And busts through windshields, if you need to do that
Yep, it is noisy and kicks, but worth it.
I suppose the +P+ 9mm stuff comes sort of close, but it can never catch up. And, no, it is not a .357 Magnum in auto format, but it is closer to that, than hot 9's are to the SIG round. In a 4 inch or greater barrel.
Anyway, I feel lucky.

Yeah, I really like the 357sig as well. I ended up buying a M&P 40 Pro & then a 357sig barrel from Storm Lake. It shoots as well as the OEM barrel. I added a 9mm conversion barrel also so I get more range time that way. I couldn't afford to take the 357sig out to the range on a regular basis. It would be like trying to feed a high school boy. My mom said we ate her out of house & home. I now know what she must have felt as I try to feed my Glock & M&P 357sig guns.

I had a Glock 33 some years ago, bought 1500 rounds of mixed SIG hardball ammo early in 2008 at a gun show for maybe $150, other types for a bit more. Still sitting on 1000 plus rounds, no more Glock, and two M&Ps.
For those who say the .357 SIG is just a 9 with more velocity.........then the .357 Magnum is just a .38 Special with more velocity.
I don't see where the SIG ammo goes for more than the .40 S&W , around this neck of the woods.
