Background - almost a year ago (currently deployed) I was having problems with my 14 round S&W 45acp factory magazines. The 3rd from the last round would not feed in all four of my mags.

I took out the springs and all there bent.

I called S&W and then sent me all new springs. The new springs caused the same issue, exactly the same.

So I'm curious if after a year have they changed their springs?

Is there a fix I don't know about for the 14 round magazines?

Hoping to be home before Christmas and might try to get to a phone line and call S&W and see if they can ship new springs, but was curious if anyone had any ideas before I tried contacting them.
