Thank you Sir. Wasn't sure when to buy, but wanted to get one when all the bugs were worked out. This one was done on 10/27/2011. Hope it's a goodin'.
Oh yeah, and I'm not familiar with this kind of Blue Box either!! (my primary passion is S&W revlolvers!) I'm out of my zone!

My 9c came in a black box.
I always thought it was blue=revolver, black=semi-auto. There must have been a change.

I was referring to the 2 piece blue boxes of Banger Punta era revolvers.

I understood your point.
I was just noticing that your new gun came in blue plastic rather than the black plastic all of my semi-autos came in.

Only my 9c came in a blue case. My others are black.
I see you only got two magazines so it must not be a first responder gun.

Don't go there on the day after either if you want to go to the gun range. I almost never found a parking spot, but could have parked in the Veterinary Clinic but might have gotten towed thankfully most of the people there were lookers and not shooters.
There were still few lanes open and my favorite lane was occupied so I had to walk around till I found a lane that I could use to blow up some money today only about $35.00 (I have a membership so no range fee for me) but went around noon so hoping that most people would be at lunch, I guess most people were not hungry.
My biggest problem was the crowded parking lot, even as I was leaving someone was parked right behind me in a non parking space but a lane to enter the parking area. Note to those that do to a gun store with a range in Tennessee, most of those people there carry guns loaded like I do do not park behind one of them and block them in it could be deadly...just kidding they actually backed up and as soon as I got in my vehicle and were waiting to take my space, no problem.
Yes it was very busy where I go right down the street to shoot my weapon probably more stories just like it!

Switched my EDC from a G27 to a M&P 9c. Also have a 40c top slide that I can shoot both calibers. I love mine. Ergos of the M&P fit my hands better than the Glock. Don't get me wrong, I like my Glocks but I like my M&P just a bit better. Apex kit is also a must. Go shoot and enjoy.

I messed around with the grip adapters today and broke it down. Although I like the thickest one, I have the medium one on it at the moment.
I worked a few hours at the shop I bought it at today, and have no range report to share. I'm sure it will be a favorite. Feels great! (and I have a Gen 3 G19C)

I really just thought of this. No cleaning tools with the M&P's? I know about the one in the frame. The last "New" S&W I bought was my AR. M&P 15 (Product Code #811000) Hmmmm...

Mine didn't come with any. Doesn't bother me. In the 16 years I had Glocks, I never once used the one that came with them.

Good choice. I liked my 40C so much I went back and picked up a 9C also. My wife decided she liked it more than I did so guess who carries it. My sorrows were short lived as I drowned them with a 45C.

The 209304 is the same one I'd get. I've shot a M&P9c a couple of times. Last April got to shoot the full size (well mid size really) and the 9c together. I actually shot the 9c better for some reason. Of course they were mfg reps guns so I don't even know what size grips they had on them. I'm guessing that was why I shot the 9c better, it just fit better.
Now I have a M&P9L (FSS & Trigger) and am thinking of getting the mid size 4.25" and/or the 9c.
