Take your barrel out, if it's outside diameter is straight for the last inch or two then you probablly can. If it's like the 3rd gen metal guns with a bulge near the muzzle that fits a bushing in the slide then you would need some machine work to a longer barrel and a new bushing made. Probably be cheaper to just buy another gun. Now if the make a threaded barrel for your gun then it would be longer and suite your needs.
Why would you want to do this? The large point of having a longer barrel is to have a longer sight radius. If you have a longer barrel but the same length slide, the sight radius is the same so no improvement is found.
